SALON POLICIES: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE:
A non-refundable $15 booking fee is required to book any service with Pink Cactus Beauty Company. All booking fees will be applied to your total upon completion of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations/rescheduling may be done 24 hours or more before scheduled service. Last minute cancellations or rescheduling will result in loss of booking fee, if it is cancelled within 24 hours of your service.
If your appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour time frame, you may reschedule your appointment one time for every booking fee paid.
NO SHOW POLICY:
A no-call no-show will result in loss of booking fee in addition to a no-show fee of 50% of scheduled services.
No show fees must be paid before scheduling any additional appointments/services are scheduled.
CHILD POLICY:
For the safety of your child(ren) and to ensure the highest quality experience/service, Please make arrangements for your childcare for the duration of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of appointment.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
As a small business owner, I always strive to make sure my clients are happy with their cut or color. I do understand that things happen, as I am only human, and adjustments may need to be made to your cut or color. To ensure the best quality service, I would be happy to make adjustments to your hair WITHIN 5 DAYS after your appointment. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, I will adjust whatever needs fixing as long as it is within the policy time frame.
